- Orders are prepared based on product availability and scheduling
- You will be notified once your order is ready
Delivery & Pickup Options
Warehouse Pickup
- Available by appointment only
- Scheduled pickup days (2 days per week)
- Loading assistance provided
GTA Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
- Delivery cost is based on distance and order size
Ontario Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
- Pricing depends on distance and order size
- Final cost is confirmed before dispatch
Delivery Method
All deliveries are completed through trusted third-party providers.
- Curbside delivery is standard and included
- Extended delivery (e.g. backyard placement) may be available for an additional fee
- Special delivery requests must be arranged in advance
Unloading & Access
- Standard unloading is curbside only
- Customers must ensure safe and accessible delivery conditions
- If access is limited, delivery may be completed at the nearest available location
Missed or Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailable access or incorrect details:
- The order may be returned to the warehouse or left at the location
- Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order is dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party providers. While we work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for delays or issues during transit.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Report any issues within 24–48 hours
- Include photos and details for faster resolution
