All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all orders are considered final once they have been confirmed and processed.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on:
- Custom-cut turf orders
- Standard turf orders after fulfillment
- Clearance or discounted products
Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Artificial turf is typically cut and prepared specifically for each order. Once processed, it cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations after purchase.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming all order details before placing an order, including:
- Measurements and quantities
- Product selection
- Order information
Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
Product Selection Support
To help you make the right choice, we recommend reviewing product specifications and, where possible, viewing samples in person.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
